Refund & Return Policy

Returns within 30 days

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories.

How to start a return

Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within 2 business days with the return address and instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unannounced parcels may not be processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, color, or style, contact us and we will help you arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.

Order cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship. Email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, the return process above applies.
