Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email when your order ships.

Delivery time

Standard international delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary by destination, customs clearance, and carrier delays during holidays.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. The amount shown on the order confirmation is the total you will be charged.

Order tracking

After your order ships, you can check its status under Account › Orders. If you need tracking details, email [email protected] with your order number.

Customs and import duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us. We will work with the carrier and, where the parcel cannot be located, send a replacement or issue a refund.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we will help where we can.
